My Amazon account has been hacked into and compromised

Here is a quick update.  I am sorry to inform you all that my Amazon account is gone.  Yesterday, I got this message:

Thanks for visiting Amazon.com! Per your request, we have changed the e-mail address associated with your account
The e-mail address associated with your account has been changed. The old address was ryansjones@hotmail.com. The new address is hojryanjones@gmail.com.
Visit Your Account at Amazon.com to view your orders, make changes to any order that hasn't yet entered the shipping process, update your subscriptions, and much more.
Should you need to contact us for any reason, please know that we can give out order information only to the name and e-mail address associated with your account.
Thanks again for shopping with us

Unfortunately, it wasn't me that changed the email address and it appears that whoever hacked into the account changed the password too, so I can't get in.  I will probably have to close the account and start a new one someday.  Consequently, I decided to remove Amazon Affiliate links for now (since some else now controls it).  If the issues get resolved and my account gets restored, I will post new links.  Will also remove the amazon associates store page too.  I am not sure how the hackers got my password (very good at not falling for phishing scams), but someone probably guessed it and got in.
